All players at the 10U level and above will play in matching game uniforms (jersey and socks) that were purchased or will be purchased for their personal use.
If your player acquired a new jersey already, no further action is needed. If your player is moving up to 10U or outgrew their jersey, please continue to read.
The expected cost is $100 for the complete set (jersey + 2 pairs of socks). Jerseys are reversible (for use at both home and away games) and customized with your player's last name and a chosen number! These jerseys will be used by MAHA teams every year so players can continue wearing their set as long as it continues to fit. We offer financial assistance for those families who qualify.
How to order and purchase a jersey.
1. Request a number
Request a number for your player on our tracking spreadsheet
Select the tab for your player's birth year at the bottom of the sheet and submit three number choices.
Even birth years (e.g. 2014, 2012, 2010) will wear even numbers, odd birth years (e.g. 2013, 2011, 2009) will wear odd numbers. Numbers 1 and 30 will be reserved for goalies.
2. Receive confirmation of assigned number
Within 3 days, you will be sent an email confirmation to confirm your your player's number (one of the three choices you submitted). PLEASE DO NOT order anything until you have received that email.
3. Submit your order!
You will receive a number by email. Afterward, when it is live, you can visit our team store at Kevin Smith's to complete your jersey order.
The size options are Youth S/M, Youth L/XL, Adult SM, Adult MED, Adult LG, Adult XL. Goalie jerseys (wider fit) come in three sizes.
Our advice is to find your player's favorite jersey and measure it to determine the best size. Sample jerseys are available upon request. Click here for a sizing chart.
We will pick up all orders and deliver them to Memorial Sports Center. (If you have your order shipped to your address, shipping charges will occur.)
